Checked a few webmasters and I do see sales going through. Hit me up if you're using PPC and not seeing any sales going through - could be updates missing from the processors (but another full update is due to go through in about 7 minutes so keep your eye out). You could however see the realtime stats if you click on your total clicks amount.
