Online Traffic School - anybody ever done it?
 

I got a traffic ticket a month ago and they told me that I could go to traffic school and if I passed - the ticket would not be on my record. The procrastinator that I am, I wait until today to go down to the courthouse and they give me a 30 day extention. I've been thinking about doing the online version of traffic school - anybody ever done it? Is it hard? Did you pass?

Did it once and it took a few hours. Did it on the last day before the deadline and they got all the paperwork over in time. Do it online before you ever go somewhere to do it. Did that once too and it was miserable.

I can't remember the site I used, but it makes you wait X amount of minutes before going on to the next page which sucked, but I know not all of them do this.

Check and make sure you can do online traffic school. I know some places and/or violations require you to actually go somewhere and attend.

I took it for a friend of mine who went to the wire with it, and had lots more money than he did time.

It took about 4 hours. As BigBen said, the one I did would not let you progress for so many minutes. So I read a book while I waited. It all went through like it needed to, and he got things reinstated.

Piece of cake... They force you to stay on the computer for 4 hours, but its only about 1 hour of reading and quizes, the rest of the time you can watch tv or sleep while you wait for the next chapter to open.

Copy all the text and chapter quizzes into a txt file, and then the final exam is real easy.

I think i might still have the answers from my last FL Drivers exam :)

I did it a year ago, very easy stuff really, the test is stupid as hell. you have to go to like kinko's to take the test online.
I failed the test... the stuff on driving was easy, the hard part is the stupid stuff, they ask you like the dolor of certain text in the manual and some other dumb questions that has nothing to do with driving. you miss one of those and you fail the test...

Just pay the ticket, and keep workin :)
