HOSTED Freesites - Affilates what do you need?

We are building a large amount of free sites for all 27 of Wildcash's niched sites and I need to know from affilates who promote via Freesites.

What do you need?

Is it ok to have Hardcore on the freesites warning page or is that strickly softcore?

Do the free sites have to be linked in a certain way?
Max banners per page?

Can anyone else me out with exactly whats the best rules to follow when building free sites. We want ours to be very high quality for affilates to use.
