how do you keep track on your payouts
 

so how do you know if all the sponsors are actualy paying you.. i mean its easy if you promote only few sponsors, but what if you promote a bunch of sponsors ? i was just going through all my records and i have caught a few sponsors that never even paid me out for the last year revenues..

I use Unified stats and I check my stats once in awhile.. to be honest it's harder when you start pushing 3-4 programs.. Some programs pay like clock work you know what day the checks come in.

I have a file for each of my sponsors and I print out my stats every month and if i'm so payment I make a note of it...This way it's very easy at tax times. Yes I use unified stats as well to cross check things fast.

I use stats remote for tracking and reference. In addition at the end of each pay period I print out my stats and file the hard copies until I receive payment.

It takes me a little time each week to do this but I have a very good grasp on what is owed to me (including sponsors that I haven't reached the min. payout threshold for) at all times.

yeah.. imagine pushing 40-50 programs like i do :(

I use a script with an mysql backend that tracks it all. I'm working with my programmer so we can release a version to the general public.

yeah.. i wish i started keeping tracks from the start

at the moment im promoting a whopping 65 sponsors. so at the end of the month i make 2 spreadsheets, one with checks received and another with the revenue from the stats pages. then i just match 'em up. its not an exact science and it takes me a whole day to do it, but i've caught missing payments before so its worth it.
