I am wondering whats your host average response time ?

I have listed most often posted hosts in GFY below but please post your host if its not in the list

Techiemedia has me taken care of pretty damn fast. I've never had to wait longer than an hour to be acknowledged, EVER. And they get it done and done right the first time.

On a bad day = 5mins :thumbsup

I was interresting in email response time,rarely ISPrime is able to handle all tech requests by ICQ instantly

Average is less then two hours for normal problems, less then 15 minutes for emergancies.

We have 24/7 staff in LA always monitoring our servers so if a server crashes we will reboot and work on it if needed within minutes. :thumbsup

natnet has always been very fast responding to our support tickets

isprime response by ICQ is around 3 minutes. By email around 10 minutes(and then they 'did' your request as well
