Click thread tools and click "subscribe to thread"


in your original post, look directly above the word "subscribe" and you'll see "thread tools"

Alternatively you can post in the thread, that automatically subscribes you to it.

I think that only works for people who registered before a certain date. That's the function I'm looking for though.
