YEP...It´s tbe designers + content providers ... except for duke doilllars cause they make great contyebt by thier self by spraying girls faces! All kudos to you Duke!! The Global Economy need not make everyone 'whores' because of the big difference in costs of living. There are ways to leverage both low cost labor and designers/programmers who live in high capital regions to produce profit for BOTH. Moreover such solutions aim to make the client the biggest beneficiary of all. If you don't know how, simply ask me via email. :2 cents:

that's sad god invented the word competition. dude, yeah a lot of people here in my place can make a living in 250$ or maybe lower than that but those people don't know the fuck about this industry i bet they're factory workers and not webdesigner/graphic designers?

"Karma" - I want $$$ - nothing else!! I´m in Europe, but i don´t think the prices is reasonable!! Please, donn´t blame me! I did not start the price-dump!!

In a way I also feel the price is going down the drain.. for some reason is hard to get the good customers who pay my fee without crying about it.. I got some really good customers who are as good as gold.. But I also have tons of people asking for pricing and running away scared of the number...

Quality has a price.

Every adult webmaster here should check out http://www.philweavers.net Quality designers for cheap. Start them off for $200 to $300 a month then ramp it up based on how well they do. Why pay fucking extra? There's even some trainees there that would take $100.

90% of the community works on mainstream though. but it would be a good start if you're patient enough to train your designers/programmers.

But of course, there are a lot of smart people who realize that they get what they pay for, and are more than willing to pay truly reasonable prices for good work. I am seeing more and more people firing these outsourcing companies now.

That being said, to all you whining about people dumping prices, all I have say is this: if you had any marketing brains you wouldn't have to worry about this. Clients will ALWAYS look for quality FIRST, if they have any business sense. If they don't, then you don't really want them as clients. Unless, of course, you don't know a whole lot about what you're doing.
