looking for an Off the shelf Gallery tool. whats the best and easy to use?

Arles is what I use for making normal photo galleries

for gallery submitting you will have to ask someone else

Gallery by Menalto is another great server side app that creates online photo galleries for you

just to display pics?

Photo Shop has a nice one built in.

If you are just showing personal pics, and stuff like that use gallery2

it's free, does video, watermarking (dynamiclly) and lots more.

http://www.sharkyfarts.com uses it for the chio galleries. Easy to customize the look too.

The image may be cached with watermark so just reload it, if it is.

Sorry I should have been more clear a tool for webmasters to grab all our pic and video galleries something like yours.

Oh, we coded that ourself.

I don't know of an off the shelf one unless you go with NATS.
I'm sure there are some coders here that can fix you up very reasonable.

or can some build one and how much. we can do it but I would rather outsource it.

woj is very dependable and reasonable - if you want customization of his FHG script.
