What are you using to filter spam (email)

Im on a new comp. and I can't remember the name of the small program I was using to block spam....(it was an outlook express plugin)

Anyone got a good suggestion?

i use thunderbird. works pretty damn well i gotta say.

I might give it a try...

I remember installing it a while ago and for some reason my emails were delayed (i.e. Thunderbird said No new messages, and when I opened outlook, I had like 2-3 new emails...)

I might give it another try, it was a while ago so maybe the problem is fixed now...
