gangbangjoe 01-07-2006 11:58 AM

maybe just a mistake they noticed

Dirty F 01-07-2006 12:02 PM

But how is topbucks allowed to take money from my account?

Furious_Male 01-07-2006 12:02 PM

Is the min $100?

GoNe 01-07-2006 12:05 PM

w00t that's really strange. :-S

JamesK2 01-07-2006 12:06 PM

Looks like a chargeback. They're not just taking money from your account, but taking the money they sent you. That's possible.

Sorry about that Franck. There was a little mix up and it has been fixed. Sorry for any incovience to you. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me directly.

The min. is $50, btw, not $100 ...
I saw that, too, today, but it was in fact the amount of the previous payment (previous pay period) ...

Forkbeard 01-08-2006 08:20 AM

I had a sponsor once whose payment script went haywire; their four-figure payment to me landed in my Epass account *four* times. That was a pretty-looking balance, but of course I knew it wasn't my money.

Sponsor and I worked on it, but I couldn't pay them the money back because of that horrible "feature" where a personal account can't send money to a business account. They had to get with Epassporte, and after about 36 hours the surplus funds vanished from the account. I didn't see a debiting entry, though; they just vanished like they were never there.

Ross 01-08-2006 08:32 AM

They paid me twice LOL
Took one back of course.

mrthumbs 01-08-2006 08:36 AM

mistake or not: how are they able to take money from someones account?

John69 01-08-2006 09:35 AM

just use the check option.

kmanrox 01-08-2006 09:36 AM

why would you cry about $68? that's sad.

Violetta 01-08-2006 09:38 AM

They can reverse the load they just made if the money is still in the account.
They can't take out any amount just the money they just sent, this is in case mistakes like the one Forkbeard described happened.

RayBonga 01-08-2006 12:04 PM

It's called chargeback.

Doctor Dre 01-08-2006 12:19 PM

fris 01-08-2006 12:20 PM

pornguy 01-08-2006 12:31 PM

Nothing to make fun of over 68$. that would fill the tank on my truck, and make me happy.

So I would be upset having it given then taken right back.,

They aren't taking it from another account, they are cancelling a transaction made. When you do a batch for ePassporte payments after all is said and done you get a list and you can cancel them if needed.

I'm not saying this is what TopBucks did do, I'm just saying that this is an option from programs using ePassporte as a payment method.

An error was made from our Accounting Department and the payouts from the period of Dec 1-15th were duplicated by mistake. The problem was rectified Friday evening and all corrections should have been received on Saturday. We have been in contact with the few Webmasters who have not received the payout for the most recent period due to this mistake. Please accept our apology and we are working diligently on rectifying any outstanding issues. Please hit me up with any further questions.
