Comus, the old version, not the thumbstuff was 100% free without any skim. But I dont know about the updating stuff.
I got a custom written script that will add every gallery a partner submitter sends to you. The script is very basic but it works. Tell me if you want it.

what i mean about link updating is that it will autmatically place 'todays links' to 'yesterdays links' after 1 day....

If you want don't want to bother with submissions, and essentially want a a "fake" TGP that automatically updates links daily, then you need JMBSofts ' TGP rotator. Just load up the database with your own links and/or FHG and it's pretty much zero maintenance after that. It's $85 for lifetime license with updates and support. Stable, simple, and works great.
