    Just heard back some info about The Players Ball

    apparently once AGAIN, people couldn't get in....apparently from what I hear, some pretty important people too

    no offense to d-money and crew, but guys, everyone can see why you didn't have enough sponsorships and had to sell tickets this year...doesn't take a genius to figure out that no one wants to sponsor an event they can't even get themself into

      I've got to wonder if this might have anything to do with the fact that the Internext/AVN folks pulled the plug on D-Money handing out passes on the show floor.

          i don't think so...every players ball in history has had horrible troubles with the line/door

          the first one I went to had approx 100 people swarming the door trying to get in at all times, with absolutely no order

          I have heard stories that the rest were all the same too.....I just think it has to do with poor leadership when it comes to entry into the venue

          I have worked in clubs for almost 15 years, and I have seen swarms for the door like that before, and they were all handled very easily

                  Im glad I didnt go.. I was given a pass to go to it but im sick and didnt feel like going. I saw Rich-GTS in the hallway and he said it wasnt anything special.

I walked right in with 15+ people at midnight (which is usually the worst time to go) and Anthony and the security let me walk right in. I have to give props to Anthony for pretty much giving up his entire night to work security, he did a great job.

                                                                          wired guy is too humble to mention that he took care of the limo ride for all of his guests (which i was one of), which was very much appreciated.

                                                                          With Anthony at the door, i did not have to wait for an instant, just kept walking, from the limo, past anthony with a smile, into the venue...i cannot speak of what may have happened earlier or later, but to give credit where credit was due, anthony seems like the type to be able to handle a club line very well

                                                                          imo this was the best PB i have gone to, vibe was great, bar was easy to get a drink from, George Clinton put on a great show and the floor had enough room to where you could get 5 feet away from the band, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves

                                                                              I had no problem getting in at all, Anthony took awesome care of our group. I had a great fucking time and was completely demolished drinking "Irish Car Bombs" up in the VIP with a pile of people.

                                                                                                  The Players Ball has been, in the past, one of the few parties I avoided because of the crowds and lines...no disrespect to D$ and KB.


                                                                                                  However, I attended this one and I will try to attend in the future. We went fully expecting a line, but there wasn't when we arrived. We walked right in after chatting with Anthony and J$tyles at the door for a few minutes. We went right to our table and our server was right there most of the evening.

                                                                                                  The music was incredible and I for one am GLAD I went. We had a blast.

                                                                                                  Excellent job to everyone who participated in pulling this together.

                                                                                                  Thank you to the sponsors, money well spent.

                                                                                                      I too tended to avoid the Player's Ball in the past because of the problems getting in. I had no problems getting passes for six people, and when we got there we all walked right in. In fact, the doorman, whom I'm guessing is Anthony, greeted me by name at the door. I had a blast there.

I had more trouble getting into the jungle bash. The Players Ball was the shit and was by far the best party at Internext. Props to D$ and the crew!

                                                                                                                                                                                              I too tended to avoid the Player's Ball in the past because of the problems getting in. I had no problems getting passes for six people, and when we got there we all walked right in. In fact, the doorman, whom I'm guessing is Anthony, greeted me by name at the door. I had a blast there.
