Turkey Pesto Panini Sandwich

Easily grilled on a panini press or George Foreman grill.
8 slices crusty Italian bread
1/2 cup basil pesto (commercial and homemade)
1-2 tablespoon mayonnaise
3/4 lb thinly sliced oven-roasted turkey breast
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
4 slices gouda cheese, melted butter

My personal choice (the one I make the most often) :

Top bread = Mustard with ranch
Some good cheeze (not some stupid kraft cheeze ... something GOOD)
a LOT of ham
Salad
Cocoumbers
Middle bread (just a bit of mayo on one side)
Some good cheeze part two
Smoked chicken with spicy salamy
Tomatoes
Bottom bread = Pesto with hummus

Two slices of seedless jewish rye bread.

Miracle Whip and Spicy Boar's Head mustard

Pile it up with shaved chicken breast - salt and pepper as desired

several slices of salami

some Klaussen mini pickles sliced lengthwise and laid on top

Butter the outsides of the bread

place on a pan on the oven and cook it up like a grilled cheese

Grab some chips, a pickle and a big glass of ice cold mountain dew

Serve while watching Maury's latest paternity results.

Now that's a lunch
