Jackie, you should hit up the cam sites for a bit. Many here will say you can't do this but it's not too hard to pull $5000 a week from them if you are serious about your biz. If you want a site after that you can afford to set it up however you'd like.

Seriously good advice, here is my add on

1) work a cam site with lots of traffic, find your 'niche' you work on the cam, etc...

2) do that until you have around 15-25k investment capital

3) hire or partner with someone to build your site and promote the shit out of it, on YOUR terms....


that's option a)


option b) is find a program that's willing to add you to their network of 'solo girl' sites and just take it from there, make sure you get a lawyer to watch the contract they'll be asking you to sign to ensure your ass is covered (pun intended)

Let me know if you get stuck anywhere, I'm a jack of all trades type, and help out a select few with anything from design, marketing, coding, and once in a while video and photo editing/retouching.

I wouldn't sign any contract from a company that was going to have control over my images, streaming media, movies, etc without ensuring my ass was covered well for any 'future' issues that may arise...

ie; what happens if you decide to quit the biz before you are 80 years old, who decides when this site will be shut down in that case, what happens to your content, what % of the overall income of the site do you get, do you have rights to your 'name' in the future that is developed and branded by such a venture, etc etc etc...

Also it protects BOTH parties, if you decide to start smoking crack one day and flake out on content shoots and updates or scheduled cam shows they have something over you, ie pay cuts, loss of % for that month, etc etc etc...

Once site is done and money is flowing is NOT the time you want to figure out the answer to these potential scenarios.

Personally I wouldn't go partners with a company! If I was you I would do it mostly on my own... To many things go wrong yea its a little harder to get started, but in this biz and on this board I would NOT trust 95% of the people! and never ever trust anyone 100% Contracts they look good but think about it, do you have the funds or means to go after a big company ?

Find someone to shoot with you, split the pictures/movies find someone to do the design or learn and do it yourself it isn't that hard.. *shrugs* Good luck

CAn you expalin to me the math where a girl makes 5k a week doing cam? The avg (and by that I mean 99%) of girls get paid 1.25 to 2$ MAX for thier cam time. Lets use the high end 2$ that 2500 minutes of in private time a week.
