Looking for 1 full time employee with these skills:

- Must know Photoshop & HTML, be able to design basic paysites, tgp's, banners, and galleries.
- Must speak english, I mean well enough to make coherent blog entries, talk on forums, rewrite text from a given source (i.e. rewrite a news article or a restaurant review into his own words, and have those words sound like an american wrote them.)

- Samples of previous work by THIS EMPLOYEE
- Speed of work, how long will it take him to complete a tgp design, or a 4 page paysite design.
- Example of his english skills, this doesn't need to be done initially, but it must be shown before I enter into any agreements.
- Contract terms, setup fee's, if any free time is given for training, etc..
