That guy did a lot of jobs for me in the past. This time I paid him upfront.

However, now he dissapeared....Can I get my money back?(small amount, but it's the idea)

Dispute it but don't fuck your account up by charging back. Also post the warning here. Back it up with real info so we know you're not just posting bullshit drama for sig views.
