unfortunatly, bankruptcy doesnt get you out of goverment loans, criminal or goverment fines, student loans, or unpaid/overdue taxes. you still have to pay those even if you file for bankruptcy, even if it is a chapter 7 bankruptcy

Buster has it right about seeing a tax lawyer. You can try to get a reduction and/or a payment plan. The IRS will usually work with you.

In TORONTO it's very easy to do ...

What you'll need:
100 SONY CAMCORDER boxes - $50.00 (SONY CANADA back door - ask for Mario)
50 clay bricks - $73.50 (Brampton Brick)
50 Toronto Suns - $25.00 (any red paper box)
Roll of clear plastic ShrinkWrap - $22.95 (Staples Business Depot)

1. Assemble boxes.
2. Cut the newspapers into 1" strips without taking the pages apart (this eliminates papery noise, while adding some weight.)
3. Line bottom of each box with strips of newspaper until about three inches deep.
4. Split all the bricks in half, and insert ½ a brick into each box of paper.
5. Pack the boxes with remaining strips of newspaper, until the brick becomes stationary within.
6. Close boxes and wrap complete surface area with 2 very neat layers of ShrinkWrap, making sure that all the ends of the wrap are at the bottom of the box.
7. Apply a hair dryer to the ShrinkWrap long enough for it to take the shape of the box.

The next step is very important ...

Call up your friend, and borrow his SONY CAMCORDER, so that you can have a "demo" to show prospective customers, so they will not ask to open one on the spot ...

Sell each "HOT camera" for $100 (100 x $100 = 10K) :thumbsup

I don't remember the number of years invovled with my friend but 10 years comes to mind.
