I have still not been contacted about my problems with epassporte.

I'm going to phone today and hopefully I will have my account made active.
But to be honest...

The $50 set up offered to me is starting to look good. It appears to be a lot less hassles.

I was told last night you have been emailed why your signup attempt were blocked.
Its most likely mailed to the email you icq'ed me.

I am at my moms house for dinner but I will contact you on ICQ when I am back home in a couple of hours and check if you received the email.
