We never found a decent one for free and the cheap ones are junk. So unless things have changed you'll end up paying for one that does the job. :glugglug

Forget about a chat bot - People are not that stupid... well, most people are not that stupid.

Hiring people to type to other people would be easier to impliment, and more productive. Hell - Freako will do it for free.

Chat bots are more generally used to boot chatters out when particular words or phrases are used, :winkwink:

Actually I was looking for one to use on AOL.... all of there chat rooms have bots to trick surfers to porn sites.. and I suspect they do pretty well with it..

Shit.. it's probably AOL running those damn things...

I have some free AOL bots that I have found. I had it so it changed rooms every 20 seconds and droped a link when it saw the phrase **You are in...**, needless to say my account was suspended the first night I tried it for spamming porn. I even tried private rooms with no cat watch but plenty of other spammers and they had bots that made my bots links invisible, and knock me off line. Those chatrooms are the only place I ever have had a dialer make money.

You fools realize its spam correct? Just because it's not mail doesnt mean its not unsolicited....don't be hypocrites later on and complain about somebody spamming your email box :thumbsup

I knew exactly what it was. But if you go to aol private chat room "sex" you will see bots running 24/7 spamming dialer programs, when I saw this the first thing that popped up in my head was "well if these guys have all these bots spamming dialers in here there must be some money involved" so naturally I gave it a shot to see how much it could make. I wasn't impressed and don't do that anymore.

Don't worry.. I won't complain when my email box gets spammed.. haven't complained yet and it gets spammed all the time.. I just throw everything in the trash... all of my email and all of my snail mail...

You obviously arent THAT big and bright or you would know those chat spammers are the most simpliest form of spamming and do nothing except get you small time change...Plus have been out for ehhh 6 years...move along...
