She likes it but I don't, I think she is prettier than that.

What do you guys think, is that a bad picture.

Looks ok to me but I HATE Flash.

That picture of her in the blue bikini definitely does not do her face justice, looks distorted, needs to be changed.

Maybe something with the colors?

I think the pic you have is better, but normally I would not wait for that flash to load I would have been gone.

I think someone got crazy with photoshop and jacked up the brightness and contrast too much on her cheek and upper lip, that's the part that looks funny to me anyways. Could be somewhat of a bad angle also. Doesn't do her justice though.

to be honest, I don't think it's the picture as much as her facial expression. She seems to have 'stern' look in that photo ... perhaps a something a little warmer and 'inviting' would be better. :Oh crap

O.K. the flash sucks and the blue bikini sucks, also she is a acquired taste so make sure your surfers see the best pictures first before they make a opinion on her.

The blue bikini pic is a great one for her body, but an odd angle for her face - makes her look a little horse-y. She's a gorgeous girl & it definitely doesn't do her justice.

But if you hadn't asked specifically to wait until the flash was over, I would've Xed out of that site long before I got to it. I never watch flash intros & won't wait for the "skip intro" button to appear. Why do web developers design sites to impress each other instead of targeting the consumer?

Oh it's not just flash intros... Half the animated banners lately seem to be designed by guys that think the surfer is going to sit there for 5-10 seconds waiting for all that simulating text to be displayed so they can see the types of girls/action on the site.... Some people just shouldn't be working in marketing/promotions. The banner needs to grab the guy by the sack within 1-2 seconds.. THEN tell them some crap.

I agree with you...People like to click, if they want to sit back and watch something they would stick to their tubes. I'll have to tell her to take that off. You guys have a great point.

It does look good if you watch it but we all know what it is, if I was trying to find more about the site, especially on a slow connection, I would have left too. Good point.

After reading some comments, I agree the bikini doesnt do Amy Weber justice but I disagree with the critics of her website.

Her site is an online portfolio.. its not there to sell subscriptions to surfers. She is an actress/model that wants a way to professionally display her qualities to others in the same field. I think the flash stuff works for this application.

* edit - well I guess she is offering a subscription to a model network, but since this offering is probably not as big of a priority as sharing her career info, my opinion still stands. :hitit

You have a great point there. And her fans come to this site to see her, it's not like she is making a living off the site and her 5.95 a month. I think if her fans typed in her domain, then they would sit thru all he flash.

The Flash is annoying, there's no doubt of that. The most annoying part of it is the sound. She might be a mainstream model but a guy at work is not going to keep the site open once that sound starts up...

and no, the blue bikini pic is not a very flattering one for her face.

The flash sucks. Was a bitch to find the skip intro.

The angle is all wrong in the blue bikini pic and some of the other pics, makes her nose look to big. Coloring way off in bikini pic also. She's got one of those faces where the "tough" look just does not work.

I agree, I think the heavy contrast on her face is causing the distortion, needs less of an angle and more of a straight on eye to eye look.

Gotta join the chorus here and agree the blue bikini pic doesn't even come close to comparing with the pic you posted. Everyone's already pointed out the various reasons - nothin' to embellish.

Judging from the pics I've seen over the years of her I'd say she's WAY more attractive (hot) than that picture shows.. If someone showed me that picture, I wouldn't even know it was her. Looks almost as if she was crying in a windstorm and they snapped the pic right after a sneeze or something. Almost any other picture of her would be better IMO.
