Who's The Best At Making Cartoon Characters?
 

I need a price on a cartoon character. Actually its a hardcore image is what I need. The same quality as elephant list or nastyrat.com characters

Who is really good at this stuff? and I need a portfolio to look at

elephantlist (ultra donkey and old king of pics) were all drawn by the owner of those sites.
