Holiday Weight Gain
 

So how much weight did you gain over the holidays and how much do you plan on gaining in Vegas?

I just cant gain weight. I just shit my food out before it turns into blubber... whatcha gunna do?

It's time to excersize for me

I lost 5 pounds but I always lose weight when I travel up to the frosty north (chicago)

I did not gain any. I did not eat that much this year. but I still want to drop a few pounds.,

I'm guessing it's because you literally froze your ass off? I stopped going back to the midwest during the cold season-I've become too much of a freeze baby.

I actually didnt eat much over the holidays. Drank a hell of a lot though

LOL -- it actually wasn't bad while I was there...in the 30's but gray and bleak. I guess I lost the weight by being depressed and NOT eating.

I gained one pound over Christmas. Lost it by New Year's.

I'm pretty proud of that.

I'm not as lucky as most of the people who posted here. I put on 8 lbs :) I am getting ready to head down to the gym for a bit now.

I gained 3 lbs, man couldn't keep my hands off those perpermint barks. we'll started working out again. Hopefully I'll be able to keep my body fat around 9%

I havent weighed myself yet.. but I am guessing I stayed the same..if anything I lost a few pounds. This year I did not get festive with the food

This has been better than I thought. I didn't gain anything either. Vegas is usually my weak spot though. Not the buffet's-YUCK!!!! It's the drinking.
