digital camera driver for XP- Help

I can't get pics off my camera onto my pc.
It worked before, but don't now. So, I uninstalled the driver, hooked back the camera, clicked add new hardware to install driver & window pops up asking for location of STV680u.dll & the browse field is prefilled with location of where it is supposed to be, but it is not there..

I searched google for STV680u.dll there's a couple places to download it, but not sure..

would all driver files of this name be the same..
I don't even know what company makes this crap camera.. it's one of those generic noname made in china $25 specials.. :1orglaugh It has on lens cover in capital letters ION. on bottom on label with fcc requirements is model 3000
that's it, no other info???

anyway.. help.. I need to take upload some pics..

Is it USB? You can try and get your computer to see it as a hard drive if it is.

I have an old Casio that doesnt have XP camera drivers and I just let it connect as a hard drive and yank the pics off the card as image files.
