But their customer service sucks!

Still haven't received a darn word from anyone after filling out their customer verification forms.
And this after a huncho on here said he would look into it.

Funny how its still down for me :(

I am not able to login to EPASSPORTE either, 6:20pm

There are currently some downtime at the backend bank.
ePassporte is working on getting everything back to normal.

The website is loading very slowly, we are not down. ATM and other transactions are working fine. Tech Support is working on the speed issue right now.
