i got the new fujitsu siemens amilo and im happy with it,
the 15,4 wxga tft is kick ass and the fans are pretty quiet.

I really love my Dell Inspiron Laptop. I found it to be dependable, rugged, and easily adapted to any location. I have desktop docking stations at work and home to make it easy to setup. I have taken it all around the world and never had a serious problem with electricity, connectivity, or security. I have a usb DVD+R recorder, a usb 200 Gig harddrive, usb flash drives, video cameras, scanners, portable printers, etc....plenty of memory and speed. I LIKE IT!Comment

Asus W3V is my choice. Sleek design, 14 inch widescreen with crystal brite and whatever and ATI accelerator for games. Very nice desktop replacement, which is still portable with a 2.5kg weight when using a 8 cell battery.
