Nice opportunity to start the new year with a new job joining a fresh, innovative company that has a fun but disciplined group to work with!
I'm not sure what you mean by 'outsourced' employees, John. I know that you normally prefer your employees to be in-house, however, there are quite a few good reps that work from home and are looking for new exciting opportunities - people with good reputations, work acumen and who love what they do. If you find the right one, John, I'm sure you won't regret it. Good luck to the candidates - send your CVs cuz this is one of those good opportunities for growth both in experience and learning! Happy New Year to all :) |
Like I've told some others who have offered me affiliate rep jobs - if I fail Human Diseases this semester, you might be able to get me REAL cheap ;)
Good luck - whomever works for John gets a great boss!! |

I confronted the CEO of the company about money that was missing from my paycheck & she did not want to accept responsibility for the error they made when payroll shorted my check. When I pushed the issue, because I was in the right, I was fired because the company was trying to cover their tracks & coverup the fact that they stole close to a grand from my pay. |
Sorry by outsourced I mean $400 per month employees in 3rd world countries who are driven like slaves.
This position is open to remote work, tho I don't prefer it I'm willing to give it a shot in this case but I will be VERY picky about the person who is doing it :) |

its difficult getting the right sales rep, but its a good move, one day I gotta do the same...
and : focussing on past jobs and why you were fired or ran away is the worst you can do. They wanna know what you can do and why you should be hired, not why you were fired. |
Bump for you man, it'll be a great opportunity for the right person...
:thumbsup |
Does the candidate get to sleep with Alyssa? If so then I'm interested.
|
John, Jacked would be perfect for this, he is local and has no drama bullshit to worry about

GL With that hunt John ... Just a suggestion for when you are hiring, run a couple week trial period for whoever you bring on board. By the end of that period you and the employee can both tell whether you think it is a good fit or not.
That's what Mark did with me and and he seems to be pretty happy with what I have done to help his company and I am happy with the group of people over there and feel like we will all work together well. If the glove fits, ..... :) |
I will take that. Hit me up on ICQ tomorrow.
|
hey john i'm gonna shoot you an e-mail with my info
thanks for the recomendations vin and uno :) |
Goodluck to you and hope you find the perfect person for the job ;)

I'd be your Huckleberry, but I don't think you want someone who basically jacks off to her pics and calls that learning about her in an indepth way....

I dunno, it seems like too much work *sigh... I only deal with one touch cockie affiliates :)

It's funny how everyone think nowadays they can be a sales rep. A good sales rep is not a "boardwhore"
It's a person who "knows" people, and knows the business he/she is selling. Also this person not just hit ppl up with: HI I AM ANDRE, WANNA JOIN www.SPONSOR.COM WE CONVERT 1:10 WHEN YOU HAVE QUESTIONS HIT ME UP. And when you ask this person pps or revshare, he/she has no idea what to say. lol IMO a good sales rep, make "friends(at least the feeling)" and build a relation with it's affiliates. And he/she works hard for it's affiliates, to make them satisfied. Also they KNOW what they are selling, and lookup the member areas themselves, so they can give affiliates advice how to sell the product better(or with a higher retention) Just my 2 cents in all this Andre |

andres right boardwhores and sales reps are 2 diff things. Funny how some ppl who surf like 5 yrs suddenly think theyve got the knowledge of ecommerce pr etc and call themselves a rep...
