*Guess my Lingerie Contest*
 

This is a duplicate Thread with a catchier title, but the same rules apply, post previous guesses here...

Victorias Secret.com has their heads up their arses.

I ordered something two months ago - 2nd day air. Apparently they accidently switched item numbers on their site, so when it arrived they had sent a wrong, less expensive item, but they still charged me the full price of the item I ordered. This is the second time they've done this.
I called their 800 number to tell them what had happend and order the correct item which they again charged me for (they gave me free 7-10 day usps shipping). I sent back the wrong item but had to call them to get the postage credited to me because it cost $12.21 to ship it.
Two weeks later I get the credit on my card, about the time the correct item finally shows up. But when they got my return instead of posting the full credit to my card they charged me AGAIN for the resent item.

Here's the clencher....

I emailed them to tell them they made ANOTHER mistake, and said I'm looking forward to the wonderful way they're going to handle it to keep this long time customer....
They credited me back the repeat charge for the item with an EXTRA PENNY!

So I emailed them back saying they had insulted me beyond belief and I would never return to their site. I get a response saying they're sending me a $15.00 gift credit for my frustration (not for their mistake, for my frustration).


So the first person to correctly guess the item I had originally ordered - color and style - gets the credit mailed to them once I receive it. Oh, and I reccomend going INTO a Victoria's Secret store with it to avoid this crap happening to you as well.

Well for Victoria Secrets being a British company it is amazing how you #1 can't get the catalog here and #2 there aren't any shops...not in London anyway.

Victoria Secrets sucks. You should find some better places like the ones from California. That's where the real lingerie comes from. not Columbus Ohio (their US headquarters??)

You would think that Lex Wexner (Owner of Vic Secrts.) would be able to get his shit together. That bastard owns half the stores in about every Mall in the country. Here's a partial list of his stores;

I applied for a job at the Victoria Secret warehouse when I first left the Air Force and returned to Columbus Ohio... (World Wide Corp offices, Lex's house is only a few minutes away). But I didn't accept the job, as I was not desperate enough to take the pitence of a wage that they were offering and probably was not minority enough anyway.

Yeah when I lived back home they were pretty much the only place I could get a bra in my size that wasn't white. Of course that has changed recently but still it would be nice.

Lane Bryant is owned by a British company? UGH! Then why the heck don't they have any stores here. Every big gal friend I have that goes to the states comes back raving about them and I clean them out everytime I go home.

They would so make a mint...maybe he is like banned from opening shops here?

DynaSpain is closer to detail than anyone thus far... but no one's won the prize as of yet.
