He's a first class dipshit. He's threatened to sue me several times because I have the #1 spot in google for "Amber Frye Nude Pictures" and have for quite a while. Here is the latest email he sent me:

You've got a lot of nerve I admit, but now it's going to cost you and it will be a sizable amount. I have now got all of the information needed to sue including e-mails that prove I've tried to work with you on this and you have completely ignore my demands. Do you realize that these are copyrighted images or do you feel that these are yours to do what you want with them. Be prepared to settle or meet me in court. At this time there is no option (I've given you that), other than settlement for damages or battle this out in court of which it will cost you far more. One or the other at this point. This e-mail will be forwarded to my lawyer for immediate action Monday morning. You've ignored these demands too many times and now you have officially violated copyright laws and damages will be assessed and forwarded to you.

Those images can be considered PARODY and like Saturday Night Live - PARODY can be excluded from Copyright violations....trust me, I am SO familiar about this....

Um...Yo. I've been threathened so many times by lawsuits. If I was you, before doing anything, consult an attorney. My attorney says, the only time when you should worry is when they hire an attorney in the county you live in to sue you.

This chap obviously hasn't hired a lawyer. The fact that he has made threats in this manner can compromise his position in any courtcase. If he was serious, he would have had a lawyer contact you to remove the offending photos.

The fact he hasn't done this mean he is bluffing. Don't take the photos down and let this pisshead win.

I actually took the photos down almost a year ago, just because I didn't want to deal with him. So I put up the cartoon pics, so I wouldnt lose the google ranking. Thats what I think he's reallly after anyway.

That's not always such good advice. On several occasions we've threatened lawsuit over copyright infringement of our original photos before turning matters over to our attorney. It was no bluff on our part - simply an attempt to deal with the issue ourselves without lawyer intervention.

But this guy sounds like a flake. He'd have to prove in a court of law that a copyright infringement resulted in loss of livelihood to him - and that's not always an easy thing to do.

As long as you own the cartoons or have the ? holders permission he can not get you for those. His English and grammar are extremely poor so i suspect he is not an American. His threats of legal action are in themselves illegal unless he follows through, its a sort of extortion / blackmail. Good Luck and well done on your Google ranking.
P.S. keep hold of all his e-mails just in case ..
