actually her eyes are hazel, and the whites are a touch blue, just slightly. more of a cool WB than a blue cast . . . . . is your monitor color balanced?

If you want to change just her eyes blue then grab your paintbrush in Photoshop and select a nice, ice blue from your color pallette. Create a new layer and color in her eyes. Then change the layer style for that layer to soft light...done.

That is how I've always done it and it works like a charm.

went through with the eye dropper in PS, no blue, lots of grays though. you just grabbed a shot with a little chromatic aberration in it bro
