Sub-what for Google?
 

Let's say I have a site I want to optimize for some particular keywords.
Which way should give better results?
http://keyword.site.com/
or
http://www.site.com/keyword/
or
maybe Google doesn't give a shit and will treat both URLs equally?

PS. Yeah, I know, there's no money in SEO...

Not sure about google but Yahoo give extra credit for the keyword being in the domain.
