Get paid $500 by fining spammers
 

Is this true...i read in a post

that spacedog said you could mail a bill of up to $500 to someone who sends you spam. Is there a law about this, or more information. I've been looking for info on this...please let me know

gl tryin to find out who most of these ppl are. don't they send spam through servers in asia or some shit?

Good luck finding people who spam, althou if they stupid enough to send you the spam with their server/domain/refcode you can get them in to alot of trouble but i think thats the tops you can do.
Just my :2 cents:

im not looking to actually fine anyone, I have a class "cyberspace law and policy" and was looking for any up to date info or laws written about the topic.
