looking at the threads today about duke.

he had a sticky most of the day - and is offering $2000 in it for the last post.

and his ambush interview will overtake it tomorrow at the rate its growing, and no one's paid squat to post in that.


basically, you can't pay webmaters to be interested in you. but if you're interesting, you get mad views :thumbsup

He means that sometimes getting to know what a company or individual is REALLY LIKE, is more interesting than your new galleries, sites, or whatever press release style thing you're pushing.

Like it or not, peoples decisions whether or not to do biz with someone isn't always based on who has the highest payout or who gives out the most ipods. People want to know who they are working with.

I'm not ON Social Security. In the US, we get an annual statement which shows your income for the past 10 years and what your annual benefits will be when you retire at different ages. You get a certain amount, up to a maximum, based upon your income level. I'm maxed out. I pay more in FICA than most people make in a year. FICA payments max out yearly. I reach the maximum before September each year.
