actually, compared to most male to female cross dressers i've seen, that's not too bad. you should go with a lighter colored wig, maybe a honey blonde, and MUCH -->softer<-- makeup. the dark lipstick and the bright eye shadow doesn't make the grade. the rest of the outfit (jewelry in particular) rocks. a little hip padding, too, babe, and you're on your way to being CD/TG content.
