Best LA restaurant ideas... please
 

Hi All,

My father is in town and just turned 65. We anted to take him out as a surprise tomorrow night for a fun dinner. He likes to eat ALOT so I though a nice Brazilian buffet restaurant would be a good time and alot of food but I am open for other ideas such as Comedy show/dinner. He is not into Spago or a stuffy place like that. Please share you ideas for the above or other suggestions too.

best breakfast joint in LA is Jumpin Java on Ventura Blvd.

They make everything fresh in house. Give it a try.

Picanha would be a good place if he likes Brazilian buffets. It's in Burbank and isn't stuffy at all.

Try Ca'Brea on La Brea avenue. Nice and cozy but still hip, modern, and the food is great. Order the flat roasted Chicken in Tuscan spices. You'll thank me later.
