what's up with that? some of the bigger affiliate programs are sending checks without stubs... it's a bitch to track payments at year's end...

Scanner?
Copy Machine?
Accounting program, log book?

P&L reports done each month maybe?

make copies, you'll want to use them to reconcile against bank statements anyways.

I usually make a copy if there is no stub attached.

sure copies, but why should i do the affiliate program's work? how hard is it to create for each check?

My accountant told me to make copies of all checks...regardless of stubs.

i copy them and make a note of details like payout amount, sponsor etc

Is it that hard? Webmasters are getting lazy as shit.

What I don't understand is why they will not send year to date. They know how much they have paid me but don't tell me :Oh crap

Affiliate programs send out checks without stubs because it cuts down on costs. I believe it saves them 1 or 2 dollars per check.

and thats a lot, considering i got a check no. above 500,000 from topbucks today

just log into your bank account and EXPORT your data... DONE
