My 2 choices for parties in Vegas...which do you like better???
 

So, I started checking around today and here are my options....what do you think??

Option #1:

Pro: REALLY REALLY REALLY Cool Venue with an entertainment quality
Con: We have to do it on Wednesday Night (Jan 4th) and everybody won't be in town yet


Option #2:

Pro: Saturday Night.....perfect night for everyone to attend
Con: Venue is more like a "regular" club with less "wow factor"


I was really looking forward to the cool venue...are there really that many people that won't be in town yet???

i dig the vibe of a club more than what they have
thats why ghetto bars are awesome lol

Option 1: Not everyone you want to party with.

Option 2: Eveyone you want to party with and them some.

Looks like a no brainer. Option 2.

Just so you dont get it backwards....based on what you said I think you would like Option 1 better. Option 2 would be at a place that is a typical Vegas Hot Spot type of club. Option 1 is more "old school"...it has personality (and no, I dont mean cool light show and loud music)...I mean REAL personality.

I don't want to say where it is in case I dont do it so noone will be dissappointed....but trust me when I tell you that young or old, you would rather have Option 1 if you are going to be in town already....I still think that is my biggest hurdle.

well, lots of people will be leaving Saturday, so not sure the attendance is really an issue.

NatNet is known for great closing parties, so that is the only reason I might suggest it . . . but isn't AVN awards show that night?

First, anything you do, wherever I have seen you do it, is COOL. Second, I am there the entire time, so whatever is good for me. I do think that you will miss some of those you want to entertain and see at a Nat Net event if you do it the 3rd... So I am no help.

i always believe in doing cool things EARLY - that way you can PERSONALLY invite MORE people and have less show up and get the right number for a good event. And you can make more people happy that they got invited and feel like it's their fault that they didn't get into town in time to attend. :thumbsup

everyone will TALK about a cool event more - and about how they wish they got into town earlier. you'll have buz for the WHOLE show - not just at the end.

I was going to mention - the GFY party is the night of the 4th so the option 2 might be better

Hmmm...so it seems like people are leaning towards the cooler venue on Wednesday Night....and truthfully, I like that idea better, as well. For those that mentioned other parties, DO NOT FRET....my party will be an after-hours event...hell, we won't open the doors until like 1am so you can go to the house party or whatever party you are going to and then check us out afterwards.

One thing I am noticing, is that most of my girlfriends in Vegas are VIP Hosts, Cocktail Waitresses and such at other clubs in town and they all want me to do it on Wednesday night so that they can come with their girl friends...most of them have to work on Saturday Night so that is weighing in on my decision, too. Everyone knows that I don't want to throw a sausage fest :)

As for invites, we will probably send our clients a special invite and get them on a list so that they can get in no matter what, but everyone else will just have to consider themselves invited. With the smaller intimate venue we will let everyone else in based on how many girls they have with them heheheh ;) Of course, our close friends will always be included...you know who you are :)

I am arriving in Vegas this week so I have a meeting with both venues on Saturday Morning...I will let you know if we choose one of them then so keep watching your email and the boards :)

I'm interested in hearing which place you decide to go with. I'd love to hit a NatNet party. They are always classy, great for consucting business and free for the most part of idiots. So... if I bring some ladies, entrance will be smoother? :thumbsup

Ah fuck. if the girls want it to be wednesday - I would think that would make the decision a lot easier.

I see you live in Vegas...you will LOVE the venue. I dont think anyone has done a party at a place like this in our industry.
