i use it, but very happy, i dont see why you wouldnt be happy with it. awesome support, killer script. easy to use.

That script looks pretty good. Id use it if i would build a tgp most likely.

Sure, this script has the potential of being the best, really it does. We are currently running it on 10 sites and have big plans for 2006 with it... or we did anyway!

I will agree that the support is good, but to a certain degree.

So far they have helped us getting it running but it doesnt do half the things we expected it to do, example the buy spots option is not working properly. No use selling spots of it doesnt deduct the amount from the user!!! Vanilla's buy spot option works though!

Need another example, feel free to send me a pm and I can tell you all about it.

Anyway, I Dont really want to turn this into todays drama thread :1orglaugh just looking for some serious help or alternatives.

Shall i post my huge ICQ history with the hours and hours of support i gave you and than let other people decide if you got bad support?

You refused to use the forum time and time again untill basically we had to ignore your ICQ messages to force you to use the forum.

It is not nice to start a support thread while you have gotten more support than about most other clients...
Your support questions were also beginners questions as you also refused to read the docs.
I am sorry but this pisses me off.

The spots function is still in BETA..ST version 5.45 will also have some bugs fixed regarding the spots..

If you are unhappy with the features than feel free to request them on our forum..

yes, i was going to say, they dont give support over email or icq, its all in the forum, and usally you are answered within a couple hours. and everytime i posted a question i got my answer solved.

I have 6 copies of ST and have been using it for about *edit* 5 */edit* months now. Threw comus out the window as it looked like a bomb went off in the settings and scattered them all over the fuckin' place.

Godsmack goes out of his way to help people.. even though he's not suppose to be providing support on ICQ.

Some "exotic" options might not work as perfectly at the moment due to the fact that script is not 100% done. I know Goodwill has been staying up day and night to fix everything that needs fixing.

I love ST been using it for a while now and save me hours every day :thumbsup

Dude have you not seen all my requests on your forum? Everything mentioned here and more can be found with almost no help in your forum.

JM has spoken to you guys over icq but I only use your forum unless BePe hits me up on icq.

I have read the manuals and have submitted some problems to you guys as well, which I believe you said you will be fixing.

You mention beginner questions... you should expect those when a NEW user purchases 10 copies of your program though, shouldnt you?

Anyway, just looking for a little help to get things going but doesnt look like its gonna happen.

All i can say is that we try to give everybody the help they need and i am pretty sure we do for most people..

We have been giving you guys shitloads of support though ICQ even though we stressed using the forum instead..

Yes, most of your questions in the beginning were questions that could be found in the manual with ease... but we answered most of those in ICQ anyway..

You did not purchase 10 copies right away man.. you bought one first, got all the support you wanted and than ordered 10 more copies as a result of JM digging the script..

After you guys bought one script JM said when you guys liked the script you would buy 10 more, and you guys did..

If you want i can post my ICQ history to back this up.. i think it is just uncool to nag about support when you guys got all the support you can get, and more!

About 80% of the requested support were question about stuff in the manual....basic stuff that only took some digging in the manual..

I am sorry you guys are unhappy.. unfortunately we are unable to keep 100% of the 100's of clients happy..

If you can't get ST going with all the help you have gotten than maybe consider getting an "easier" script to use.

Anwayway, we are always available if you have any questions/problems..
Our goal is to have 100% happy clients only....and than means you to!

well I am happy with ST5 (and Comus :P) but i dont see why you would complain.
support is fast and good. And besides that you can make your wishes come true if you just post it at their forum.
Cant allways say that from comus support. although Boneless was a perfect support person!! **kuddows**
