Need copy of ibill agreement from this spring...
 

Anyone have a copy of the original Ibill payout agreement from this spring? I can't locate mine due to moving. I know the damn things around here but just can't seem to locate it. arg. The one I'm talking about is the one they first posted which you logged in , printed it out and had to fax back to them to get the repayment in 2 parts.

Someone here much have a copy of it laying around.

They want me to find mine, They are saying they can't locate the one I faxed back to them back then and now want me to resign a NEW agreement which of course would delay the payout ANOTHER 2 years. They also claim that they don't have a copy of the original agreement they put online as it was the original owners who made it. If no one has it, then dows anyone know how to hack into the buffer of a bother MFC 3100c fax machine. I almost never send faxes so it should still be in the damn things memory...

Hoops hoops and more hoops and still nothing gets done.

They owe me a little over 10k which is about 1/3 what I have paid them to process for me. I have been on the phone with them to many times to count. It just makes me so mad... arg..... I was even one of the nice webmasters (foolesh?) who has continued to process with them. As fourth in the list but still on the list....

Seems like a small amount of money than they could just pay me to keep me happy since I STILL make them more than that, but not for long as come the first they are off the sites if nothing has been resolved.

Amazing how the same legal entity can't find the history of that entity for something they are legally bound to whether or not a pack of rats came and went as the "original owners" and another pack of rates moved in as the "current owners".

You would do better to drop them now as it obvious to a blind man your money will never be paid ?

Tell me about it. Then they try to tell me that it was to be mailed back to them... not faxed... which is why they don't have it. I was told to fax it back while on the phone with my account rep at the time. Course I have had multi reps at this point. So then they ask me for a copy of the agreement mailed back to me by the president of Ibill... What mailed back agreement??? There was nothing mailed to me or to anyone else that I personally know. did anyone else get this Mailed agreement?

I dont see where having the orignal agreemnet will work for you , even if you sign it and fax it there going to say wait till next year, Really i dont think it matters if theycan pay the reserves they already took...the gkard funds and non gkard funds how can you expect them to pay back 50mil in back rev? :2 cents:

Because, they know I'm having an issue finding it, and claiming they don't have a copy of it to see what it read or what the payout dates where, and if I can locate it they have agreed to honor it, but only if I can find it...

Seems I still have that agreement opening for me in CMI.
Only now it does not promise money on March 06 and March 07, but in 2 years after execution and it has today?s date on it.
I can send you the text, let me know where to.

They will never mail you anything back.

We had our settlement agreement personally, I swear, ?PERSONALLY, mailed back? to us by Andrewatibill 3 TIMES, before we had to finally pick it up from Ibill?s office.

Those people are inconceivably hopeless.
