Supreme Court Denied Motion
 

The US Supreme Court has denied a motion to release Chris from Jail. No reason was given. The question will now go back to the Florida Supreme Court this week, who will consider a motion to release him. The ACLU has also filed briefs with the Florida District Court of Appeals to reverse Durrance?s decision as well.

Someone was talking about this the other day. it seems that the denial came on the 25th or the 26th. they believe that the judge took the plea at home, and sent back his judgment.

in all honesty, I would have waited for him to be back at work instead of hitting him when he was at home with his family.
