hehe and there's no grass either. Loads of orange trees and palm trees and cactus though..oh and mesquite! I was allergic to mesquite in my younger days.

Dry is good Dawgy, trust me. You can walk in the shade and get a temperature drop of 10 - 20 degrees right off the bat.
