SubmitPasses is a FRAUD!
I figure id post this before the client does, this I'll get a chance to explain myself. Im goin out for pizza..Have fun with it, dont be to hard on us :Oh crap
December 04, 2005 SP: Thank you for your payment, your info was sent over to *****. Please make sure your Email Spam filter accepts mail from his site. December 06 Client: I didnt receive anything yet... December 07 SP: I emailed ****** and still got no answer. Can't even reach him on icq. But don't worry, we will adjust your time when we have that situation fixed. December 12 Client: 8 days since I paid...to *****. whats up? where is my pass? December 12 SP: Sorry, still got no answer from ****. I sent many emails already, got a few users who are having trouble submitting or getting their passes. I found out he had a computer crash, don't know if that could be part of the problems. I will let you know as soon as I can. December 15 Client: well, its getting not funny,,, 15 days since I paid. Should I post a topic on GFY abt submitpasses...? December 16 SP: The problem is not SubmitPasses, we contacted *** about that situation many times. He never answered to the emails I sent him. You're not the only user still waiting for his pass. I can give you a full refund if you wish. I'm really sorry about all that December 27 Client: Refund the money.I am posting topic on GFY about fraud of submitpasses ------------------ Ok...I'll be the first to admit that this pass was a nightmare to set up. Karine should have refunded this client last week. What happened? I guess you factor in the holidays and things get all fucked up. I just contacted the site owner and the pass was indeed set up last week and the client was emailed. Today I got an email from the client threatening to take this to GFY and calling us frauders. As many of you know, I don't take threats very lightly. What happened was totally our fault and Karine was apologetic on several occasions and even offered to refund him, nothing more we could do. Things sometimes happen - you kept contact with him and didn't dodge his questions? For me, that's good enough - it's the ones that 'disappear' or that spent the money before they did anything that I can't digest. If you credited him - I'm sure it eased his frustration. |
My experience with submitpasses has been great
we had one issue with a site not specifying certain terms and we had already built a shitload of galleries for them that became useless, but the folks at submitpasses handled it professionally and offered a refund or passes to other sites and all worked out fine. While some of the passes have been worth the fees and some haven't been worth half the fees, submitpasses have always gone above and beyond and been extremely professional (even when I got grumpy about that particular site's terms ;-)) Ray, you guys have nothing to worry about. |

People mess up all the time and make mistakes. You offered a refund and admitted it was your error. No worries. |

I really like working with you guys and got about 5 different accounts, one thing that has been hard is to cancel accounts. I have one that I have tried to cancel a few times and they never ever get back to me at all.
