HELP!!! Bacne sucks...
 

Shit! Getting rid of Bacne is a bitch. Good luck to you if you have it. I have 4-5 pustules on my back. Unfortunately, each is a bit spread out from the next.

P.S. - Face is clear, neck is clear, everything is cool but shoulders/back - there are a few sores.

Take vitamin A. Get a perscription if you can. Also, 10 percent benzoyl peroxide wash.

Just started taking an old prescription I had (not expired) but stopped using awhile back because I was clear of everything. Back on it now I suppose.

It's what most models use to keep their whole body clear. I was just reading up on it and you really have to stick to a routen.... change your shirt twice a day, use anti-bacterial soap, etc. During the winter when it gets really dry, it's a bitch to keep my skin from itching so I use some moisturizers. The cheap stuff caused my skin to break out so I had to find some stuff that didn't. Stuff with vitiman A really helped.

They do offer back "facials" at cedrtain spas.. its more like a cleansing and mask for your back area. I suggest the vitamin A and putting tea tree oil on the pimple ..tea tree oil will dry that shit right up.

Ahh... this could be one of the causes:

Often, I find myself wearing 1 shirt throughout the day with no tee-shirt underneath. I then visit my girlfriend, we end up having sex, etc... and then when the day ends - I go back home and sometimes sleep in the shirt I wore for the day (because I still do not have a tee-shirt on underneath it... so I figure, okay sleep in it - then in the morning throw it in the dirty clothes hamper.

Anyway, I guess sweating from sex... and then the wetness is absorbed by the shirt and then dries... and then I wear it. That can't be good for the skin.

Also... I usually shower only in the morning. I may have to start the 2 a day showers again.

If you get sweaty, you'll need to take a shower.

20mg accutane a day will clear it right up within 2 weeks. You can even go every other day.

get out in the sun.

Alright a lot of these meds have side effects also, FYI
