i am deleting sites that have hardlinks on my site and have taken down my hardlink on there site or are not sending me traffic at all, some havent sent 1 hit in months.

It's best to make sure you want a link before you get it rather than deleting it down the line unless you plan on contacting each person by mail before you delete their link
