Why is it not a crime in the USA to give someone an STD?
 

Why isn't this a crime? Especially if it could be proven the person knew about it. I was watching some show and they said it was a crime in *(I forget what they said, Canada maybe) but not here in the USA.

LOL i dont think its officaly agaist the law but i know people who have sued the shit out of people who knew they had an std and didnt tell there fuck buddy they didnt have one they make lots of money
