Let´s say i know someone is using a stolen design + stolen content!
What can i do to stop this dickhead from making money from it??

What about hosting? What kind of evidence do i need to have his hosting shut down??

proof that it was stolen, however you can do that... via dates, screen shots, logs... seems like its a little late to "prove" anything, unless its copyrighted

you dont need to copyright designs, designers is allways the owner of rights except if its signed a contract giving rights to another person. He only need to prove he is the real owner/designer. Contact host, talk about this and contact a lawyer too.

I had that with one of our sites. Checked everything I could on the guy and found he did his own hosting, he made a straight copy and just changed the colors of one of our sites. (not a pay site, but an industry job site). The guy is in England and I am in the US, I approached him in a nice way hoping he would be smart and take it down , after exchanging a few emails he did and blamed his designer for copying. His site is not live at the moment so I take it he is redesigning again.

Not smart, the host runs into legal issues then.
Try sending a DMCA notice via registered mail.

Contact webair by phone or regular mail and tell them they are hosting illegal content and if they dont remove it you contact your lawyer

I thought you meant "don't click the links in the gallery" so I clicked... you should have warned better. It took me 15 minutes to remove the shit (smithfraud, spyaxe,vcodex)

Is it your content or does it belong to somebody else and you simply know about it?

If it's not yours then you should give the info to whoever owns it. If it is yours then a basic DMCA notification to the host can usually take care of the situation.

This is where attorneys can be useful. :thumbsup
