Getting your real estate license?
I'm looking into going through the 75 hours of classes mandated by law before I can take the New Jersey Real Estate test. I just decided the other day that I'm going to pursue my license and look for a property manager. Anyone here who has any experience and can give some tips on any level of the process from classes to the test to finding a good property manager, please share.
I would also appreciate any book recommendations on the subject that really help. It's my gf's family business and even they know little about it. :1orglaugh I'm in NJ and that is most likely where i'll be taking classes/test so anything super specific about this state would be great. Thanks in advance! I know there are lots of people here who do this to some capacity. |
