Nameserver issue with a domain I own

i dont get whats going on.. i have my NS set to my webhosting company, just like all of my other domains.. i have an index.html in the path... when i visit the URL at http://domainname.com i see my index.html, but when its http://www.domainname.com it goes to someones PPC page.. how the fuck is this possible if the NS entries on the domain's whois are correct..

Page looks the same to me. If both are pointing to the same IP address, the issue is with the apache configuration.

Definitely a nameserver problem. Does your host run their own NS? Is there an admin you can access to manage it?

if the virtual host in httpd.conf file in Apache is not set properly, your " www" request is not found and it seems the 404 is redirected.

I posted here in a similar thread a few days or a week or so what has to be done.

Use the search function....
