keeping track of expenses?
 

Hey how do you guys keep track of expensense where you may make the purchase in Jan so the money is gone from your account, but the traffic does not start until late Feb?

I track all of my shit, incoming and outgoing on an excel spreadsheet

This is more basic than 9th grade accounting...

If you're having that much trouble, I'd go with a post-it note stuck to your monitor.
