we had crab sticks on christmas eve. it was very good but I am not into crabs.

We cooked 10 of them on Christmas Eve and despite our guests being stuffed by my appetizers & delicious Coquille St-Jacques they still devoured them!

If it was for my husband, we'd have them daily hahahah, he's very high maintenance when it comes to food!

The night went well - but I hate cooking so it was quite the day trying to get everything to fall into place at the right time. My mom can do it without a problem or with a minute's delay. I'd rather work 24hrs a day than have to think up meals and plan out a 5-6 course meal.

Which is why having my mom live with me is a HUGE help although she can be a pain in the butt sometimes. heheheh *hubby won't comment*

I hear ya hun, I'm glad I didn't have to cook that day. We had clams casino, clam chowder and bacon wrapped scallops. It was so good but I did eat more than I should have.
