First, I think its an alligator on the background not a crocodile.
Just because two companies have similar names doesn't mean they are associated. Apple Records (publisher of the beatles) is
not associated with Apple Computer. The 'gator' logo on the gatorcash website looks nothing like the 'gator' logo on the gator spyware website.
Gator, the spyware, sells the traffic they get from browsers they have infected. If Gator, the spyware, were to run an affiliate program it would probably be to promote its browser plugin not
a couple of pornsites.
Try doing a whois on both gator.com and gatorcash.com...
